Leonard W. Buckley, Jr. has represented businesses and individuals since 1975. He has dedicated his experience to helping individuals achieve their personal goals, and to helping businesses grow and handle legal challenges through expert legal representation and excellent personal service. Leonard has handled the many legal needs that can arise, from negotiating contracts or employment matters, to buying homes and planning for disability or death. Leonard has extensive experience in litigation, but through his common sense approach to problems, he successfully counsels his clients in avoiding litigation where possible.

Leonard began his practice with a litigation firm in 1975, then opened his own office in 1977. He has handled lawsuits in various Missouri counties and Federal courts. He has worked with clients on various business issues including employment questions, real estate matters, commercial litigation, contract negotiations and disputes. He has helped both business owners and other individuals provide for their children and loved ones by creating sound estate plans.

Elaine M. Bauer, Attorney at Law

Elaine M. Bauer, Attorney at LawElaine M. Bauer graduated cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2010, where she was the recipient of a Scholar in Law Award.  During her second and third years of law school, Elaine served as a staff editor for Global Studies Law Review.  Elaine earned her B.A. from Purdue University in 2005, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with Highest Honors as the History Department's Outstanding Senior.  In addition, she was awarded the Waltmann Award, the Stover Undergraduate Scholarship, and two Purdue Literary Awards.

Before joining Leonard W. Buckley, Jr., P.C., Elaine was a volunteer attorney with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri's Elder Law Project and an intern for the Honorable Jean C. Hamilton of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Elaine is licensed to practice in Missouri. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
