Intra-Company Ownership Disputes

Sometimes partners or owners can't get along and must go to Court to resolve their rights in the business property. On some occasions one owner in a small business will "lock-out" the other owner and the only recourse the locked-out owner has is to go to Court.

Collections and Breach of Contract

Whether you sell your products and services to a customer or client and they don't pay you under the terms of the contract, or if you pay someone for their products and they don't deliver, you have legal rights to either be paid, get a refund, recover property, or otherwise enforce your rights. Mechanic's Liens
